With around-the-clock operations and built-in redundancies, we can meet tight deadlines for typing requests without sacrificing accuracy. We process all samples and typing requests with the state-of-the-art automated instrumentation and bioinformatics tools; accuracy of allele-level typing is further assured by built-in redundancies.
Routine results are available at client-specified deadlines between seven and fourteen days. We can provide results in two to three days if required.
We provide two levels of resolution with HLA-SBT: in Gold level, all ambiguities will be resolved in the antigen recognition sites (ARS) — exon 2 and 3 for Class I and exon 2 for Class II; in Silver level, a majority of ambiguities will be resolved. See different resolution groups →
Types of fast, high-volume HLA typing by SBT
HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DRB3, -DRB4, -DRB5, -DQA1, -DQB1, -DPA1 and -DPB1 high resolution/allele typing.
KIR Typing is also available.
